“ManyFest - All Together Downtown” is hosted on Broadway and includes The Big Dance, a Wine & Beer Festival, Food Truck Wars, Giant Movie in the Park, Parade of Lights, Ciclovia ("Cycle Fest"), Farmers' & Artisans' Market and the Kids' Zone.

I was hired when the staff event manager went on sudden leave and given only two months to produce the annual festival. In addition to managing regular programming, my team:

1. Increased street programming by extending sports and art activities two additional blocks,

2. Created safety, emergency, and crisis management plans and,

3. Created and implemented a volunteer management and training program
